Tikitaka login: account access, password reset and verification

Getting into your Tikitaka account is a two-field form, not a puzzle — the trouble usually starts with a mistyped password or an unverified account. Here is how sign-in, password recovery and identity verification actually work, straight from Tikitaka's own help centre.

How to log in

The login form asks for two things: the email address you registered with, and your password. Open it from the Log in link in the top-right corner of tikitaka.com — the same form appears on desktop and on a phone or tablet browser, since Tikitaka runs through the browser rather than a separate app (see our app guide).

Can't log in? What Tikitaka support says to check

Tikitaka's own help centre lists the same short checklist every time an account won't sign in:

  • Double-check that the email address and password you entered are correct — the password is case-sensitive, so confirm Caps Lock is off.
  • If you recently changed your password, clear your browser's cookies and cache, or try a different browser.
  • Still stuck? Contact Tikitaka's Customer Support Team via Live Chat, and attach a screenshot of the error message so they can help faster.

Resetting a forgotten password

Click the forgot-password button on the login form, enter the email address your account is registered under in the pop-up, and Tikitaka emails you a reset link. If that email never arrives, support can send a new password to the same registered address — check your spam folder before contacting them.

Account verification (KYC)

Tikitaka may ask for identity documents before releasing a withdrawal, or if it flags an account for review. Per its help centre, the documents it can request are:

  • A valid identity document — clearly legible and not expired.
  • Proof of residence issued within the last 3 to 6 months, depending on the account's review.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
  • Transaction history — bank, e-wallet or card statements, typically covering the last 1 to 3 months.

Tikitaka is explicit that “this list is not exhaustive and may vary” by account, so do not be surprised if support asks for something not listed here. Once every requested document is in, verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours — longer for a more complex review, and Tikitaka says it will contact you proactively if it needs anything else.

Before you sign up

Registration itself takes about two minutes by Tikitaka's own account, but it is gated the same way the rest of the site is: no licence is published anywhere (see our review), and a long list of countries — including the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden and Romania — cannot open an account at all. Confirm your own country is served before you register, not after you have deposited.

Frequently asked questions

Just the email address you registered with and your password — there is no separate app or PIN. Password entry is case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock if it is rejected.

Click the forgot-password link on the login form and enter your registered email address in the pop-up; Tikitaka sends a reset email. If it doesn't arrive, support can issue a new password to the same address.

A valid ID, proof of residence from the last 3-6 months, proof you own the payment method used, and recent transaction statements. Tikitaka says this list can vary by account. Full document sets are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
