Searching for a Tikitaka app to download is the wrong question — here is what Tikitaka's own site says about how it actually works on a phone, in its own words.
There is no Tikitaka app to download
Tikitaka does not offer a native app in the Apple App Store or on Google Play, and there is no official APK either — nothing on tikitaka.com links to one, and its Help Centre's Technical section has no article about installing an app. Tikitaka says this directly on its own homepage:

Tikitaka recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome for the smoothest experience; if a game or page misbehaves, its Technical help section suggests clearing your browser's cache and cookies before contacting support.
Why that's not a downside
A browser-only site means no update to wait for, no storage taken up on your device, and no separate install to keep patched — the site you log into is always the current version. It also means there is no legitimate Tikitaka APK anywhere: if you come across one being offered for download, it did not come from Tikitaka and should be treated as a scam or malware risk, not an alternative way in.
